Agreement to Terms

By booking a program with Blossom 360 (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking. If you are booking on behalf of a group or institution, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

Booking & Payment

Booking Process

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form and deposit payment
• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking
• Final payment is due 60 days before the program start date
• Bookings made within 60 days of the program require full payment

Pricing

• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Prices include: accommodation, meals as specified, local transportation, factory visits, cultural activities, and English-speaking guides
• Prices exclude: international flights, travel insurance, visa fees, personal expenses, and optional activities
• We reserve the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations or unforeseen cost increases

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment, force majeure, or safety concerns. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

Travel Requirements

Visa & Documentation

• Participants are responsible for obtaining valid passports and visas
• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel dates
• We can provide invitation letters for visa applications upon request

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. Insurance must cover: medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, personal liability, and lost baggage. Proof of insurance must be provided before the program start date.

Health Requirements

Participants should consult their healthcare provider regarding vaccinations and health precautions for travel to Vietnam. Any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking.

Program Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to program itineraries due to:

• Factory schedule changes or closures
• Weather conditions
• Local events or public holidays
• Safety concerns
• Force majeure events

Alternative activities of equivalent value will be provided when possible. Minor changes do not entitle participants to refunds.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

• Follow all program schedules and guidelines
• Respect local customs, traditions, and dress codes
• Comply with factory safety regulations and photography restrictions
• Behave respectfully towards staff, guides, and local communities
• Not engage in any illegal activities
• Maintain appropriate conduct during all program activities

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these responsibilities without refund.

Limitation of Liability

Blossom 360 acts as an organizer and coordinator of services provided by third parties (hotels, restaurants, transportation, factories). We are not liable for:

• Personal injury, illness, or death during the program
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• Delays or cancellations of flights or transportation
• Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
• Force majeure events

Our total liability is limited to the program fees paid.

Photography & Media

By participating in our programs, you grant Blossom 360 permission to use photographs and videos taken during the program for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in writing before the program. Photography inside factories is subject to individual factory policies.

Intellectual Property

All program materials, presentations, and content provided during the programs are the intellectual property of Blossom 360 and our partners. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Da Nang, Vietnam.
