AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By booking a program with Blossom 360 (“we,” “our,” or “us”), the institution and/or participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
If an institution books on behalf of a group, the institution confirms that it has authority to coordinate the booking and communicate these terms to participating students, faculty members, parents/guardians where applicable, and any authorized representatives.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
BOOKING PROCESS
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form or signed University Program Confirmation Agreement.
- A 30% non-refundable booking deposit must be paid within 7 days from the date of signing the agreement.
- The booking deposit is required to secure the program slot, accommodation arrangements, transportation planning, factory coordination, and other operational preparations.
- The remaining 70% balance payment must be paid at least 15 days before the program start date.
- If the booking is made less than 15 days before the program start date, full payment may be required at the time of confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Blossom 360.
- A booking will be considered fully confirmed only after the required deposit/payment has been received.
PRICING
- All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
- Prices include accommodation, visa fees where applicable, breakfast, lunch and dinner, local transportation, factory visits, cultural activities, and English-speaking program support/guides, unless otherwise stated in the agreed package.
- Prices exclude international flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, and optional activities not included in the agreed package.
- Blossom 360 reserves the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations, changes in supplier costs, government fees, or unforeseen cost increases before final confirmation.
PAYMENT TERMS

The institution should share payment confirmation details, including payment date, payment reference, and remittance advice where applicable.
Bank charges, transfer fees, or intermediary bank charges shall be borne by the institution unless otherwise agreed in writing.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The following cancellation terms apply after the booking deposit has been paid and the program slot has been confirmed.

3 | 29- 15 days before program start date | The 30% booking deposit remains non-refundable. Any additional payments made may be refunded up to 25% of the total program fee, after deducting non-recoverable costs already committed. |
4 | Less than 15 days before program start date | No refund. |
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Refunds, where applicable, will be calculated based on recoverable amounts after deducting confirmed non-recoverable expenses.
- Requests for postponement or date change may be considered case by case, subject to availability and supplier conditions.
CANCELLATION BY BLOSSOM 360
Blossom 360 reserves the right to cancel or postpone a program due to force majeure, safety concerns, serious operational disruption, government restrictions, factory closure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases, participants may receive a refund of recoverable program fees or the option to transfer to an alternative program date, subject to confirmed supplier and operational commitments.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Participants are responsible for holding valid passports and travel documents.
- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel dates.
- Participants must provide a clear scanned copy of their passport within the required deadline for program coordination, accommodation, visa/logistics support, and emergency planning.
- Participants must also provide a recent passport-size photograph, where required, for identification, documentation, visa/logistics support, program records, or institutional coordination.
- Visa requirements, where applicable, must be completed before travel. Blossom 360 may provide coordination support, but the final responsibility for valid travel documents remains with the participant and/or institution.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. Insurance should cover medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation/interruption, personal liability, lost baggage, and other travel risks.
Proof of insurance must be provided before the program start date.
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Participants should consult their healthcare provider regarding vaccinations, health precautions, and fitness to travel to Vietnam. Any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, medication requirements, mobility limitations, or dietary requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking or enrollment.
PROGRAM CHANGES
Blossom 360 may make reasonable changes to the program itinerary due to factory schedule changes or closures, weather conditions, local events or public holidays, safety concerns, operational needs, government instructions, or force majeure events. Alternative activities of equivalent value will be provided where possible. Minor changes do not entitle participants to refunds.
PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow all program schedules, instructions, guidelines, and safety briefings.
- Respect local customs, traditions, workplace practices, and dress codes.
- Comply with factory safety rules, confidentiality requirements, and photography restrictions.
- Behave respectfully towards staff, guides, mentors, factory representatives, local communities, and other participants.
- Not engage in illegal, unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or unauthorized activities.
- Maintain appropriate conduct during all program activities, accommodation stays, transportation, and free-time periods.
Blossom 360 reserves the right to remove participants who violate these responsibilities, safety requirements, or conduct expectations without refund.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Blossom 360 acts as an organizer and coordinator of services provided by third parties, including hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, factories, venues, and external activity partners. Blossom 360 shall not be liable for personal injury, illness, loss, theft, delay, third-party acts or omissions, flight disruptions, independent activities, or force majeure events, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Blossom 360 total liability shall be limited to the program fees paid.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA
By participating in the program, participants may grant Blossom 360 permission to capture and use photographs or videos taken during the program for education, internal documentation, marketing, and promotional purposes, subject to individual media consent. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must inform Blossom 360 in writing before the program. Photography inside factories is subject to individual factory policies and approval.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All program materials, presentations, training content, learning tools, templates, and materials provided during the program remain the intellectual property of Blossom 360 and/or its partners. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Da Nang, Vietnam.
