Blossom 360 was founded by Cortex Textile Limited, a garment manufacturer and fabric supplier with socially compliant factories in China and Vietnam.
Cortex was built on a simple philosophy “Love the People. Love the Planet.” A principle that has guided its decisions since the very beginning.
Today, Cortex is a trusted production partner for many leading lifestyle brands including Rails, Faherty, TravisMathew, Marine Layer, 7 For All Mankind, Pistola and Bella Dahl, with many of these partnerships lasting more than a decade. With 800+ employees across two countries, Cortex does not simply manufacture garments. It manufactures trust.

Hi, I’m Dheeraj, Founder and CEO of Cortex and the mind behind Blossom 360.
I have spent three decades inside this industry, working with brand owners, designers and merchandisers around the world.
And almost every conversation revealed the same gap. The difference between how people think the industry works… and how it actually works.
Consider a $300 shirt at Nordstrom. Many people in the industry can explain parts of how it arrived there. But very few can map the complete journey from concept to retail.
The full puzzle exists. Most professionals simply hold a few scattered pieces. I know what it means to work your way up from the trenches. And I have seen talented people drift into the wrong roles simply because they never had the chance to understand the landscape before choosing their path.
That is not a personal failure. It is a structural one. So I built the bridge I wished had existed. Through my years in the industry and my experience building Cortex, one truth became clear – The fashion industry needs a way to close the gap between theory and reality. That is where Blossom 360 was born.
